In the grease filling operation, the pressure, grease injection amount, and switch position are all normal, but to ensure the valve grease injection effect, sometimes the valve needs to be opened or closed, and the lubrication effect is checked to confirm that the surface of the valve ball or the gate plate is lubricated evenly. Attention should be paid to valve body drainage and plugging pressure relief problems. After the valve pressure test, the gas and moisture in the valve chamber of the sealed chamber are boosted due to the increase of the ambient temperature. During the injection of grease, the pressure should be discharged first to facilitate the grease injection. The smooth progress.
