1, the valve should be installed in easy disassembly and maintenance of the place, a variety of valve installation must pay attention to the flow of refrigerant, can not be installed counter. 2, in the installation of flanged valves for industrial chillers, flange pieces and valve flange must be made of high-pressure asbestos board to make pads, the thickness of high-pressure asbestos plate according to the valve on the depth of the flange groove to determine. When the valve is large and deep groove, to use thicker asbestos plate, to avoid the bump between their interface is easy to have clearance and seal LAX.

When assembling the flange type valve, must do all the bolts to force evenly, otherwise, the concave-convex interface is easy to bias. 3, the installation of the cut-off valve, should be made from the bottom of the valve flow to the upper. When installing on a horizontal tube, the stem should be vertically upward or tilt to a certain angle, prohibiting the stem from facing down.

If the valve position is difficult to close or the position is high, in order to operate conveniently, may install the stem horizontally. 4, to the industrial chiller installation check Valve, to ensure that the spool can automatically open. For the lift check valve, you should ensure that the spool centerline is perpendicular to the horizontal plane.

For swing check valves, the spool plate should be rotated and the spool plate must be mounted horizontally.

5, the safety valve should be directly installed in the equipment exit on the cut-off valve, the valve body on the arrow should be consistent with the flow direction of the work. 6, solenoid valve must be installed horizontally at the exit of the equipment, must be installed in accordance with the location of the pattern specified.

If the solenoid valve is installed in front of the throttle valve, the two keep at least 300mm spacing. 7, industrial chillers in the thermal expansion valve must also be installed horizontally, to pay attention to the valve inlet and outlet connections, usually in the inlet end of the valve has a screen. If the thermal expansion valve has good control, the position of the temperature-sensing package is very important. The temperature-sensing package should be firmly fixed on the clean suction pipe, so that the temperature-sensing package has good contact with the suction tube. The outer balance tube of the external balance thermal expansion valve shall be installed in the lower part of the 150~200mm of the air inlet, and the distance from the binding of the temperature-sensing package shall be in the horizontal pipe segment, and the external balance pipe should be connected to the top of the horizontal pipe section of the trachea.
