LZ700X Solenoid control water non return check valve for water pump
LZ700X water pump control valve is composed of main valve, needle valve, solenoid valve, ball valve, single way check valve, travel switch and tube system with pressure gauge. This valve is installed at the pump exit of for high-rise building water supply system or other water supply system, to avoid medium flow back. When pump is ready to stop, valve will be 90% closed quickly, to avoid water hammer and water slamming noise. When pump is completely stopped, valve will be 10% closed by the water from pump, to avoid pump water back flow, protect the pump safety. Precisely controlled by solenoid valve. It is safe and reliable, with long service life and easy to install and repair. No other device needed. Solenoid valve could be 220V AC or 24V DC.
Working Principle
When pump is working and valve supplies water to downstream, solenoid valve is fully opened, needle valve is adjusted to suitable open degree, water from upstream flows to control room via needle valve, single way check valve, flows out via solenoid valve, pressure in control room will open main valve with suitable open degree, to ensure the water supply to downstream.
When pump stopped working, solenoid valve is closed firstly, control room stopped water draining, control room pressure rises, main valve started to close. When valve is 90% closed, travel switch on main valve will give a signal to stop valve, pump will stop working. And at this time, water from downstream will go into control room via single way check valve, control room pressure rises, main valve will be closed.
